Entrance :	By a non refundable Ticket of Rs. 500.00 per person & a refundable deposit of Rs. 5,000.00 per person on the day of Auction.
Payment :	Non-refundable initial deposit of 25% in Cash at the fall of the Hammer & Balance 75% & Removal latest by 3:00 pm on Friday 20th August 2010 to be paid to Commercial Leasing Co. Ltd, No. 68, Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Bambalapitiya, Colombo 04.
The Management has the right to withdraw any vehicle (s) from the Auction without prior notice.
The decision of the Auctioneer will be final.
